本日のLunchは札幌・狸小路にある【MODISHBAR&GRILLモディッシュカフェ札幌店】です。
元旦。
流石の大都市札幌でも営業してるお店は少ないです。
営業してても、そこに集中するので行列。
結果空いてる感じのしたコチラへ。
ホテル【リッチモンドホテル札幌大通】の１階。
でも、ココが朝食会場になるのかな？
食べたのはコレ↓
→ジャワカレー(1,000円)
正月価格でも無い有難いお店ですね。
他にパスタやオムライス等もあり、
メニュー写真を見るとどれも美味しそうです。
半分オープンテラスのお店。
夏なら良いのですが、冬だと窓を閉めてても若干寒いな。
ただ、
メチャ待った。オーダー後、40分は待ったぞ。
入店した時点で、
何となくそんな雰囲気をしたから、早く出てきそうなカレーにしたのに。。。
カレーって、
既に出来てるお料理じゃん♪後はお皿によそうだけなんだけどね。
それが40分。
頂きます。
→拡大。
ルゥポッドで出てくる本格的なカレー。
お味は...美味。結構旨いぞ。
ジャワカレーとなってますが、普通に旨みの凝縮された、ビーフカレーですね。
→付け合わせ。
付合せには、
フライドオニオンと柴漬け。柴漬けって渋いね。
しかし...
どっかたで食べたな。

そう、【ロイヤルホスト】のジャワカレーにそっくりだ。

なるほど、
北海道に来て、地元で食べた事あるものを食べてるオイラ。
→ごちそうさま。
40分待って、4分で食べ終わりました。
→店内。
→メニュー。
→店構え。
精算時、「大変お待たせして申し訳ありません。」とお詫びがあったので、コレで良し。
ただ、
