札幌の趣味仲間につれてこられて来店。
おそらく、チェーン系なんでしょうか？
テーブルはゆったりしていて、ファミリーや団体には良い感じのお店でした。
札幌のジンギスカンといえば、だるまが有名らしいのですが、だるまはカウンターでしかも混んでいるので、団体には向かないそうで、こちらにきたとか。
生ラム、昔の冷凍ラム（丸いやつ）などなどいただきました。
そもそも、食べ方がわかってなくて（苦笑）、どうやら野菜を鉄板に乗せてその水分が蒸発してきた水蒸気でラムを加熱するそうでした。いきなり鉄板で焼いてしまったよ。
これじゃ、すき焼きか単なる焼肉やね。
生ラムはおいしかったですよ。ただ、年配の方には、昔のラムとは冷凍の丸くカットした奴で、
これが１ｋｇ５００円で売られていたそうです。つまり、安く肉を食べられたので普及したのでしょう。
生ラムはまさに、革命的な進化したお肉と知りましたよ。
ラムはにおいがダメな人も多いでしょうけど、北海道のジンギスカンは本州とはちょっと違いますね。
