ススキノにて、19時ぐらいから男3人で飲み始め、深夜12時過ぎに、二次会と三次会の合間に訪問。訪問といってもスタンドなので、買って目の前の通りで立ち食いスタイル。
ススキノをよく知る友人曰く、地元民は誰もが知るソウルフードとのこと。
スタンダードに肉まんブレンド醤油をオーダー。
うむ、旨い。
肉の餡が多めでリッチな肉まんという感じ。これはススキノ行ったら毎回1個は食べたくなる手軽さとローカル体験感。
また行きます。次は辛口にチャレンジかな。
