私は日本で２番目に好きな豚まんになりました。
全国ネットのTV番組でも取り上げられている、札幌地元から愛されて行列のすすきのの手作り中華まん店内です。
創業３０年で、豚まんは１日１０００個売り上げるそうです。
開店が１３時からで、深夜4時まで（日曜日は深夜１時まで）やっていて、すすきので飲んだ後、ラーメンは食べれないけど何か食べたいや、甘いもの食べたいけど温かいもの食べたいっていう方々にとってもオススメのお店です。
・あんまん 税込２６０円
皮がもっちりと厚くて柔らかく、皮自体も甘みがあり、とても美味しいです。
あんは、黒ごま風味のとろっとしたこしあんで、こしあんというと、ものによってはパサっとしたイメージもありますが、こちらは逆にかなり水分多めのペーストに近いしっとりさです。
・豚まんブレンド醤油 税込３００円
人気Ｎｏ．1商品で、こちらも皮は同じく厚くて甘みがあるもっちりで、中にはたっぷりとゴロっとした具が入っていてわ、秘伝の特製醤油ダレで味付けされていて、味は濃いめですが甘辛なので、とても美味しいです！
個人的にはやはり豚まんが美味しかったですが、あんまんもオススメです。
