ちなみにこの年は1月3日から営業されてます
ホテルから目の前にあったので30分前に並べばいいかな？と思っていたのに1時間前からすでに5組待ち

一巡目に入りたかったので慌てて並びましたよ(´Д`;)
雪が降る中1時間
きっかり11時にOPENです
ちなみに私達の後ろは数えられないくらいの行列になってます(((;꒪ꈊ꒪;)))

愛方オススメの「信州(コク味噌)」の
ちゃ〜しゅ〜めん 1100円
この信州が1番人気のようですね✨
野菜と豚骨を4日間かけて完成させる豚骨スープ
そこに信州の白味噌を合わせておられます
一口飲んだだけで もう「旨い！」
コク･甘さなど絶妙なバランス✨
プリプリとした食感が印象の中太の縮れ麺
チャーシューもトロトロでしっかり味がついていました
今まで食べた事のある味噌ラーメンはなんやったん？
と思うくらい本当に美味しかった♡
閉店まで常に数十人の行列が耐えることがありませんでしたが並んででも行く価値のあるお店だと思います
