札幌出身のワイフと雨降りしきる中、行ってきました！
開店10分前で二回転目の列に並ぶ私たち、観光客の皆様もたくさんいらっしゃる！！
店内のベンチで待っている間にオーダーを聞いてくれて、着席してほどなく次々と届きます。
私は信州、ワイフは越後。
ホロリと崩れる角煮とチャーシュー、特に角煮の甘さと濃い味噌のスープが合う！！！！
黄色いちぢれ麺もザ味噌ラーメンって感じで良き良き。
チャーハンはパラパラ、これもまた角煮と合います！！
餃子は取り立てて普通！！
ここでワイフと交換で越後を食べましたが、しっかりした濃くの中に、辛味があって美味しい…
次はこっちもありだな…
