お昼に肉が食べたく検索しお邪魔しました。
個室のようなカウンター席に通され庶民には
場違い感が半端ない（笑）
メニューを見てステーキとハンバーグどちらも
捨てがたく両方頼んでツレとシェアすることに。
しばらくすると焼く前の食材を確認した後
調理師さんが鉄板の前で調理する。
ライブクッキングって普通に料理が出てくるより
1.5倍ぐらい美味しく感じる気がするのは自分だけ？
まずはハンバーグから。
柔らかくジューシーな牛100%のハンバーグは
調理師兼ソムリエのお兄さんが選んだ赤ワインとも
よく合い美味しい！
次にサーロイン。
レアに焼かれた肉の旨味、甘味と添えられた塩が
とてもよく合い美味しい(*´﹃`*)
さらにガーリックチップのカリカリ食感と香ばしさが
肉に負けないぐらい美味しい！
他の店ならこれだけでメインになれる！w
肉と食べると相乗効果でさらにワインが加速する！
調理師のトークも楽しくあっという間に2時間！
次回はお兄さんおすすめローストビーフを食べにまた来ます！
