『食べログ ステーキ百名店2021』を獲得された「ステーキ＆ワイン いしざき」さんに伺いました。
場所は北海道札幌市。南北線「すすき野駅」から徒歩３分程のところにある飲食店ビルの４階にあります。
店内はあまり余計なものがなく、シックな印象です。
カウンター席とカウンター付きの個室があるようなので一人でも、グループでも目の前で焼いてくださる鉄板焼きを満喫できそうです。
こちらは丹羽系黒毛和牛を扱っておられる「いしざき」グループの中の一店舗です。
今回いただいた料理の内容は以下の通りになります。（少し感想を書きました。）
○帆立のスモーク キャビア添え
○グリーンサラダ
○いしざき特製「ローストビーフ冷製仕立て」
幻の牛と言われる、えぞ但馬牛の新鮮な塊肉の状態で表面をローストして作られるそうです。
ローストしているの？と思うくらいのレア状態。
口に入れると滑らかで、口の中で旨味と脂が溶け出す感じがクセになりました。
○数量限定 極上和牛シャトーブリアン100g
２種の焼き方で提供してくださるそうですが、最初の見た目ミディアムっぽいが口に入れるとレアな焼き具合が気に入ったのでそれで全部いただきました。
目の前で焼いてくださるのは楽しい気分になります。
