とある休日、ランチにていずれ・・・が今回になりました地下鉄すすきの駅エリア東急レイホテル1階のレストランバイキングです。
店内は広めで客席多く以前よりオンタイムは満席になるのは知っていたので開店前から並び多分予約含めて直ぐに満席になっている様子です。
この日メニューより、"バイキング(2500円)”オンリーなので席に案内された時点で早速スタートとなり、心なしかお料理の前では皆さんちょっと殺気立ってる印象です。
では一口・・・サラダは全般的に新鮮シャキシャキで珍しいものもありファミレスのとは違いドレッシングも秀逸でした。
ローストビーフは…おっ、良いですね。個人的にはあまり積極的では無いも今回のはお店の方が取り分けてくれお肉が柔らかくて旨みと脂身も少し参加しているのが甘く皮付きじゃがいも含めて良かったです。
おかず類はそれぞれ食べた感想として…シューマイはあっさりしたもので何か柑橘系が一瞬漂う、ピザはアンチョビかしら？個性ありました。パスタは細めの麺でベーコン入りシンプルイズベストな感じ、鯛？ソテーは程良い油を加えて焼いてあるのが食べ易い、お好み焼きはワンカットでしたがバイキングとして良い意味で無難、ポークソテー？はあっさりとした味付けが上品なソースと共に演出、エビとブロッコリー、卵の塩炒めも良い塩梅です。かぼちゃのグラタンはホワイトソースが良かったです。何とか蟹のスープカリーはホウホウ、蟹が居ましたよ。
第2弾は…パンプキンスープはかぼちゃ風味少なめ生クリーム多めかしら。鶏肉の胡麻和えは肉の旨みと味付けしっかりで好印象、青菜の白和えみたいなのは少し塩気高めも箸が進む、マカロニサーモンは出過ぎないサーモンの存在感、ばらちらしあっさりとした酢具合と細かくカットした具材の中のサーモン、鮭わかめ混ぜご飯は戻し過ぎていないワカメの塩気グッド、小鉢には生ハムと紫キャベツにチーズ風味？個性的でした。エビとナスの煮浸しはナスが美味しい。
第3弾のデザート系は八朔の求肥包みであんこと八朔の酸味グッドです。豆大福は小さいのにキチンと美味しい、ロールケーキは生地の卵風味あり、パウンドケーキはチェリー？の存在感、チョコレートムースもベリーのムース、シフォンケーキも本格的、小樽のメーカーのおはぎはあんこが個性的でした。ババロアは思ったよりちゃんとしていてグッド、同じくピンク色したババロアも桜フレーバーで斬新グッド、おしるこの白玉好きです。ちゃんと機械で作るソフトクリームは…シャリシャリ系で甘さはある程度あるも牛乳感も感じられます。
ドリンク類はオレンジジュースは酸味高め、ウーロン茶、コーヒーは機械の落とすタイプじゃなくてそのまま出てくるもので普通かしら。
ふと、以前より結構値上がりしてしまったとは言え他店と比べても少しお安くお値段以上のお料理が多かったと思います。とりあえず大まかなのはほぼ食べられた位かしら、お陰様でお腹はち切れそうでこの後何も食べられません。。。やっぱり後半のデザート系が種類あって血糖値が爆上がりでした。
