2部制で同じ時間の人が一気に入場です。
混雑するかと思いましたが、座席数がそこまで多くないので不快感は全くない！
お子さんもそれなりにいました。カップルもお友達同士も高齢のご夫婦なんかもいて、ガヤガヤ感もちょうどよい。居心地かなりよかった〜
格式高いと緊張しちゃいますもんね。
店員さんもさすがホテル。とても気が利いていて、空いたお皿もいいタイミングで下げてくれるし、実演もすぐ作ってくれるし、最高の空間でした♪
まずはシャンパンのサービス。我々は下戸なのでシャンメリでしたが雰囲気抜群！
料理もどれもお洒落な名前がついていてさすが札幌のど真ん中。いつも温泉街のビュッフェが多いので、こういうオシャンなのも素敵、、、！
目玉のローストビーフ、すっごく美味しい！分厚くてでも柔らかくて、トリュフソースも香りが良くて、今まで食べたローストビーフの中でもかなり上位。
海鮮手まりはシャリが暖かくてふわっと握られていて、ネタも大きくて美味しい〜！レベル高い。
スモークダックもジューシーで皮もちもち。最高。リピしました。
その他の料理もどれもこれも美味しかった。
スイーツも種類豊富。
ニコニコが止まりませんでした。
お腹もいっぱい、幸せもいっぱい。
