I went to the second one. Most of the staff and customers are Korean. The clerk seems to be studying Japanese hard. Is Changja frozen? There were quite a few parts that were crispy. Cold Noodles were made after receiving the order and took quite a while. I had high hopes, but I wonder if this is the authentic taste, or if Cold Noodles I've eaten so far are fake, as this is my first time Cold Noodles. The noodles are not smooth, but rather grainy. It's not cold at all. A nearby Korean customer said it was delicious, so I wonder if this is what authentic Cold Noodles are like. My companion used to eat there often when he was a child, and he said it was delicious and his favorite Yakiniku (Grilled meat). Really.
