ワインブッフェがあるとのことで訪問です。
外から見ると、ちょっと狭そうな感じがしましたが、実際に入店すると広いです。
手前側にカウンターがあるために、そう錯覚するのか・・・。
さっそく、ワインブッフェも含む飲み放題をオーダー。
サッポロクラシックの生ビールも飲み放題に含まれます。これは素晴らしい！！
一杯目はクラシック。
普段、あまりビールは飲まないけど、なぜ、クラシックはこうもうまいんだろうか!?
グビッといってお代わり！
他にも、自家製レモンサワーとか自家製ジンジャエール。極めつけは自家製コーラなるものも。
色々と凝っておるようです。
さて、食べ物は裏切られたなぁー。最高に裏切られた。未だかつてこんなに裏切られたことは無い。
○ポテサラ・肉・卵
マッシュポテトの上に何やら肉が入った美味しいソース。そして、その上に粉チーズと温玉。
生肉？生ハム？このソースがマッシュポテトと相まってgood！ポテトサラダじゃなくてマッシュポテトだけど、裏切られたなぁ。
○丸ごと牛タンのローストビーフ
普通、牛タンは輪切りに切るでしょ！？これ、縦に切られてます。これまで見てきた牛タンで最大にデカい一ひと切れです。このデカさには裏切られたなぁ。
山わさびをつけて、うまい！多少、ナイフで切りにくいところもあったけど、それはご愛嬌で、柔らかくて美味しい。多少冷めても柔らかくて、美味しさそのままなのが良かった。
○びすとろエビマヨピザ
最大の裏切り！見た目ボリューム満点。マヨなのに、ほぼマヨネーズ感は無し。これは、エビ味噌ピザだと思う。濃厚で超うまい！海老の身もしっかり入ってます。
そして、端の耳部が厚目で、外側はサクっ、内側はモチっ。そして、この部分で皿に流れ出たエビ味噌のソースをスカルペッタ。何ともスカルペッタしがいのあるピザです。エビ(味噌)感が半端ない。うまい！ワインも進む。
最後に、市販のコーラとは全く違う自家製コーラ(ノンアル)を酔いざましにオーダー。メッツコーラとガラナコーラの間のような印象。ちょっと薬っぽい!?
