・There is no parking lot, but there is a Jumbo 1000 parking lot across from the Harebare Building. There are no service coupons. ・We accept banquets and meetings. Please feel free to contact us regarding food, budget, etc. ・Private booking OK for up to 31 people. However, the venue is divided into 16 raised seats, 8 tables and 7 counters. ススキノで昼です…コスパ最強と云われるワンコインランチの某店へ行きますが「臨時休業」の貼り紙(ちなみに翌日の昼も行きましたが休みでした…やる気無いなら最初からやらなけりゃいいのに…マジ迷惑)
こんな事は日常茶飯事で「きっと悪いのは自分なんだ」と言い聞かせる事にしてます
近場で別の店を検索…HITしたのは「味処酒房なかむら」さん
兼ねてから一度お邪魔しようと延び延びになっている未訪店
「晴ればれビル」を北側から入りエレベーターを２階で降ります
薄暗い通路の向こうからテレビの音が聞こえます
音の聞こえる方へ進み角を曲がるとボヤっと行灯が灯り開け放たれ扉から店の明かりが漏れています
開店15分後で口開けらしく女性スタッフは奥の方から足早に出て「いらっしゃいませ、お好きな席へ」と促します
1人なのでカウンターへ座ろうかと思いましたが、空いてるので窓際の2人掛けテーブルへ・・・
席は他に小上がりが４卓ほど
MENUを一読・・・普段油モノは極力控えるようにしているが、この店だけは避けて通れない
訪問した際には「かつ丼＠650」を喰うと以前から決めていた
「ホッケフライ＠時価」や「エビフライ@650」に目移りしながらも初志貫徹
待機8分…膳には「かつ丼、沢庵、椀、箸置きと箸」が乗り運ばれた
いただきます
さほど厚みのないカツは半熟のとじ卵と濃いめのツユを少量纏い硬めに焚かれた米の上に乗る、ツユが少ないが故にカツの衣がふやけずサクっとした食感が所々に残る、油断して掻っ込むと火傷しそうなほどカツもご飯も熱々だ
このツユの量と濃いめの味付けが重要でカツの厚さもこれがベストなのだとひと口食べて痛感する
一旦食べ始めると手が止まらなくなる至高のカツ丼だ
澄まし椀の具材は「麩とワカメ」…自分には少々味が濃いめ
ワシワシと食べ進め一瞬で完食
言い切れるほど多くのカツ丼を食べて来たわけではないが、これほど納得の行くカツ丼を食べたのは初めてかも知れない
これを超えるカツ丼に出会うのは何十年先だろう
