買い物終わりに夕食の場に移動で予約は無し。
超人気店なんですが、なんとなんと敬愛する親父殿が先に入店して場の雰囲気を暖ためてくれてる！
常連だからこその空気感が正にここにありっ。
こちらは初入店ながら受け入れが暖かいです。
窓際のテーブル席に座らせていただきビール！
通しは真っ黒なごぼうの煮物だけど不思議だ。
どうやったらこうなるか分からないけど旨し。
いつか雑誌で見た黒板ごぼうって料理名かな？
黒いけど辛く無くむしろ甘くて歯ごたえ強い。
注文はカツとじ定食 790円とスペシャルヒレカ1200円だけど 3人たがらこそのわんぱく注文です！
ちなみにまねいてくれた親父殿はおばんざい屋でハイボールを数杯飲んでエンジン点火済みです。
3人で食べれるかなとこの時点で心配だな。
厨房から『ドン・ドン』と不気味な音が…。
肉を丁寧にハンマーで伸ばしているみたい。
オーダーの都度に仕込みとは恐れいります。
続け様にテンションが上がる揚げサウンドが客席までマックスボリュームで届くのも加点材料ね。
仕上がればファンキーな髪型の母さんが客席まで商品を運んでくれますが手がぷるぷる震えてる。
お年だからしかたないと思って手を伸ばして受け取った俺の手も皿の重さでチョー震えてるし！
大皿・ヒレカツ・ポテサラ・キャベツのもっこりスペシャルだから皿は軽く㎏オーバーですから。
メニュー表記はヒレ 500㌘となってはいる。
しかし以上であろうのデラックス感が漂う。
続きカツとじ定食も提供されるが盆が重い。
こちらはロース肉の厚切りをたまごとじだ。
スペシャルヒレカツは段重ねになっていた。
ボリューム満点以上たが柔らかい仕上がり。
肉質うんぬんより圧巻のヒレ肉のマックスボリュームを喰らいなからビールを飲むのが正しいか。
定食のロースカツはめしを大盛りで喰らえ！
カツ・めし・時々ビールと壺漬けが丁度よ。
大満足な豚カツの夜を過ごしました。
初訪店ながら大御所様のお陰様です。
今後は新店地手稲で活躍して下さい。
