小上りの1卓は休校中の子供達用学習スペース
働く子育て中のお母さんには有難い配慮だね
自分の注文は迷いなくカツ丼
同行者は迷いに迷ってトンカツ定食
料理が運ばれるまでの10分間が打合せタイム
厨房からトントントンと肉叩きリズムが聴こえる
大将は80の大台､元気に頑張って欲しい
お久しぶりのカツ丼
お約束のとろとろ玉子が美味い
かなり甘めのタレが食欲をそそる
ロースはちょっと厚みが足りない気がするな
うん..
同行者のトンカツ定食
カツの厚みはこちらの倍くらいに見える
隣りのハタケの～、様な感じかなｗ
なにはともあれ美味いには変わりない

少し遅くして12:30の訪問
並びは無かったが満席
あら、知人発見！ しかも小上りの4人卓に一人
靴を脱ぎ、ずうずしく相席希望とちゃっかり着席
彼はここの常連
いつもは13時過ぎに来ると聞いていた
今日は近くの会社で打合せの帰りと言う
こちらも共通の話題が有り、ちょっとだけ打合せ
奇遇でも偶然でもなく必然だったようだ
彼が食べ終わる頃に着膳
いつもの良い香りに酔いしれる

美味いんだなぁこれが、これだべ、これだべさ
甘みが勝る優しいタレが食欲をそそる

いつもの仲間たちと集合。
来た順に飲み物を注文して、お通しは子和え。
ポテサラを頼んで、ハーフボトルが1本空いたところで全員集合。
カツとじとスペシャルヒレカツをオーダー。
貝が好きだという初参加は刺身に走るもよし。
ポテサラ、刺身に続いてカツとじが出て来た。
7切れだもの4人でペロリ。
少し間を置いて、ヒレカツ登場。
写真ではボリューム感が出ないけど、感激！
ホントに500gなのかな?
もっとある感じ。
サクッと軽く食べてしまう。
トンカツは、この軽さを感じる揚げ方が好きだ。

やっと来れたランチタイム。
夜はワインのお伴にスペシャルひれカツやかつとじで結構来ているのだけど、カツ丼を食べると終了してしまうので我慢を強いられていた。
13時ちょうどにガラガラ、こんにちは、カツ丼！
お父さんが肉を叩いてる音が聞こえる、待つこと10分。
来ました〜、カツがドンブリからはみ出してる。
真ん中からイタダキまーす^_^
熱々ですわ、上着を脱いで汗だく〜
一年振りの、カツ丼、裏切りませんね。
トロットロの卵がいいです〜カツもサックサク〜甘ーいつゆも絶品です〜
完食してしまった！
ご飯半分ね、って言い忘れてた....
