札幌出張の最終日、夜は名古屋に帰るため、お昼ごはんは二条市場にあるこちらにお邪魔しました。
席数は5席しかなくとても狭いお店で、実は前日に行ってみたのですが予約でいっぱいでした。その場で翌日(本日)の予約を取ったのです。
ということで、もし行くのなら予約しておくことを強く推奨します。
「お兄さん、昨日と今日とゴメンね」と大将が話しかけてくれ、おかみさんも「二回もすいません」と言ってくださいました。
お寿司はおまかせ12貫3300円を注文。
これ以上ないくらいに美味しかったです。この価格はバグと言っても過言ではない。「お寿司に溺れても良いかもしれない」とすら思いました笑
特筆すべきは、生のホッキ。名古屋では一度熱を通してあることがほとんどで、その場合は足が赤く色づいています。しかし生はそうではありません。加熱したものとは全く違う味わいです。北海道のお寿司では生のホッキをぜひ。
札幌に再び出張を命じられたら、もう一度行きたい！と思わせてくれるお店でした。
