札幌のある方の紹介で行きました。
ビルの地下1階にあるこのお店。ビル自体はひなびたかんじですが、店の前と中はとても良い感じです。
雰囲気は相殺して3点にさせていただきましたがそれ以外は全く問題有りません。
お通しはもずく。しその香りがいたします。酢加減もきつくなく一口たべて美味しい。
するするとのどを越していきます。
寿司ネタはどれも秀逸です。本当に脂がのっているにもかかわらず、全くくどさを感じません。
つける醤油もとてもマイルドで寿司ネタの味を壊さないし、のどを渇かす塩分も感じません。
旨みで味をよくしているようです。
この寿司屋ならどこでやっていても繁盛することは間違い無いでしょう。
カウンターを一人で切り盛りされているので、忙しくなると少し時間がかかるかもしれません。
値段は紹介していただいた方の影響で安くしていただいているのかもしれません。
本当に良いネタをお値打ちにご提供いただけました。
また絶対に行きたい寿司屋でした。
