野菜ラーメンという響きにココしばらくハマっております。
このワードで出てきたこのお店、ずっと行ってみたいと思っていたのですが、なかなか機会が訪れず…(店の前まで行ったら並んでて仕方なくその先にあるかつや入ったこともある、諦め上手な道民魂)今回ようやく訪問が叶いました！
北海道の12月としては大した寒さでもなかったのですが、ドアを潜った途端メガネ曇って視界が塞がれましたwww
カウンター席にどうぞと促され、一応めにうを確認…野菜ラーメンは各味対応なのね。
そして確かこの店舗限定とか。
やはり冬なので味噌にしましょう…と思ったら味噌にも種類があるのね。
雰囲気的に白味噌より赤味噌が人気のようなのですが(辛いのとエビ出汁が苦手なので辛味噌と海老味噌は選択肢から除外)、濃厚よりは繊細さが欲しかったので今回は白味噌にしました。
あんまり待たずに着丼。
野菜ですがトロッと系チャーシュー1枚ドンと入ってます。
野菜はにんじんとキャベツと白菜…？それと刻んだキクラゲ。ネギ多し。
いただきます……ズズズ。
ああ、期待した通りの札幌の味噌野菜ラーメンです。
野菜の甘みも加わってか、アタシ好みのマイルド感。大正解です。
あ、野菜をひっくり返してたらメンマ出てきました。
なんか一本だけ太いwww
おいしくて割とあっという間に食べ終わりました。
思っていたより冷えてたらしいカラダがあったまりました。
ごちそうさまでした。
今度は赤味噌の野菜ラーメンも食べてみたいですねえ。
食べてる途中、入ってきたお客さんが『メガネ曇る！』と慌てていたのを後ろに聞いて、一瞬スープ吹きそうになったのは余談www
