My spirit is different! ! This Hokuto restaurant is open until 7 a.m. and open all year round, making it perhaps the most enthusiastic Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant in Japan. The most important thing is the meat, which is also good. The atmosphere inside the restaurant gives you the feeling of a good old Showa-era Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant that continues to operate as it is. In a good way, of course. As someone who has doubts about the recent high-class and meat-style restaurants and feels that this is the kind of food Yakiniku (Grilled meat) is, I have nothing but positive impressions of this restaurant. I ate the upper tongue, upper ribs, upper loin, akasen, turami, etc., and the loin meat was more delicious than the short ribs. If you can't decide between short ribs and loin, it might be the loin. The taste of Tsurami and Akasen was above a certain level and I was very satisfied. I would like to recommend this restaurant, as the kimchi was delicious, especially the chive kimchi. . . But my breath stinks. I am creating a blog called `` Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Encyclopedia'' where I record my visits to Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurants all over Japan. Please check out our blog for other Yakiniku (Grilled meat) restaurant information.
