鹿の角を掴んで中に入ると、ズラリと並ぶ梅酒梅酒梅酒。
BARの落ち着いた雰囲気さながら、ここは梅酒の専門店。
当然みんな梅酒を注文しますが、ひとりだけビール頼んで、終いにはいびきかいてるヤツいるし┐(-。ー;)┌ヤレヤレ
私は「白加賀梅酒」で。
"白加賀で作った梅酒"はよく飲みますが、その元となる「白加賀梅酒」は飲んだことが無くって。
丸いゴロンとしたグラス、梅酒ってこんなグラスが良く似合いますよね。
では飲みましょう「白加賀梅酒」。
すっと爽やかに口に広がる梅酒の芳香、甘ったるい味と香りは控えめですね。
コクの深さとあっさりとした飲み口はさすが美味しいですね。
料理は「はまぐりの酒蒸し」、「生ハムのユッケ」を。
はまぐりの酒蒸しは塩気が効いて、酒に合いますね。
生ハムユッケも梅酒に合うものですね、しょっぱみが生卵でソフトに、生ハムの硬さを噛み噛みしながら飲む梅酒がまた美味しい味わいです。
梅酒を味わうための梅酒なお店。
これはこれでアリですよね。
