"茶月斎"さんの中華料理を味わった後、何処かで軽くグラスを傾けて帰りたい気分｡オーナーシェフの小蕎さんから
お奨めいただいた二軒のBarの一軒が當店"BAR MADURO"さん。
店は眠らない街ススキノのビルの7Fというロケーション､當日カクテルを供してくださったのは男性バーテンダーの
中野さんと以前は京王プラザＨ札幌の"CROSS VAULT"でシェーカーを振られていたという女性バーテンダーの菊池
さんのお二人。
この日もいつものように『ジンリッキー』からスタート｡続いて戴いた『モヒート』は視覚効果抜群の一杯は中野さん
の手によるカクテル｡フレッシュミントに搾ったライムとラム､グラスの外側をクラッシュドアイスでデコレイトされ
登場した個性的な一杯でしたがミントの爽快感とほのかな苦みが愉しめるものでした｡キレのある爽やかなカクテルを
二杯いただいた後に菊池さんお奨めの『オレンジ』を使ったカクテルを堪能､『マデューロ』という店の名が冠された
カクテルはバーテンダーコンベティションでの優勝作品なのだとか？､供された瞬間にデザートカクテルと判るソレは
ラムをベースにビターチョコレートにハーブやスパイスを効かせられたオリジナルカクテルでしたが流石､優勝の一杯､
単に甘いだけではなく甘味と苦味のバランスが絶妙な一杯でした。
国道36号線の幹線道路と並行に設けられたカウンター席のバックバーのガラス越しには眩い輝きを放つ夜のススキノ
の幻想的な夜景を臨むことが出来る､かなりムーディでロマンチックな雰囲気｡この雰囲気もカクテルの味をワンランク
上の味へと昇華させてくれることは間違いないことでしょう｡伺った當日は後ろのボックス席ではシャンパンが抜かれ
かなり賑やかで､ちょっとイメージが崩れてしまいましたがススキノでナイトキャップの一杯となったなら是非ともに
抑えておきたい一軒です。
