PINOT ピノさんのパーティの帰りに2軒目で連れて来て頂きました。
ここのお店は私の好きなおしどりの寿司職人小林さまのオススメしてくれたお店の１つだった事もあり、気になっていたお店でしたので来られて本当に嬉しいお店でした。
たまたまですが、この日は日曜という事もあり、偶然でしたがこれまた私の大好きな職人さまの1人である室蘭焼き鳥 かんぱーにゅの五十嵐さんがコラボ企画でBAR MADUROさんでお料理を作って特別コースを出している日にたまたま来ました。
■全体的に黒っぽい店内はお客さんでいっぱいだから賑わっているけれど、落ち着きがあり、スタイリッシュで広めな空間。
外のススキノの風景が見えて若々しい雰囲気。居心地が良くオシャレな造りでした。
カウンターも有るから1人でも行けそうです。
まず初めにマイナス２０℃の◆シャンパンを飲み、その後オリジナルカクテルを何種類か頼んでみましたが、どれも香り高くスッキリ甘くて美味しい物でした。
特にお友達の頂いていた◆トンプソンシードルスのカクテルは一口頂きましたがとても好みでした。
◆五十嵐さんの特別コースも頂きましたが、結構パンチの効いたスパイスの味付けのコースになっていて、普段とまた少しイメージが違う面白いお料理がいただけました。
お店は■デートでも使えると思いますし、お友達同士、男女大人数など、どんな用途でも使えるお店で、かしこまってなく、オープンな感じでしたので、一見様でも全然気兼ね無くいられると思うし、とても良いお店だと思いました。
※帰りに五十嵐さんと久し振りにお話したくてカウンターに行ったら、先に帰られたみたいでした。残念。
またゆっくり五十嵐さんに会いに室蘭焼き鳥 かんぱーにゅにも行きたいと思いながら帰りました。
カクテルもとても美味しかったし、居心地も良かったのでまたゆっくり行きたいなと思う良い雰囲気のお店でした。
