タイトルのソレは詳しくは触れませんが、
超一流のオーセンティックバーとして
価格はそこそこながら素晴らしかったと
大いに褒め要素、讃え要素があるのでした。
すすきののネオン煌く夜景が目に飛び込んで来るなかなかのロケーション
店内もオーセンティックさで整えられたシックな大人空間です。
タイミング良く、先客が居ないタイミングでの入店で、
居心地の良いソファ席を利用して、すすきのの夜景を観ながらカクテルを飲むその感じはなんとも言えずステキな時間に感じられました。
飲んだのは、キンと冷えた
過冷却マジコールスパークリングと柿のサイドカー
マジコール、マジ美味いです。
冷え冷えからのその味わい
暑い季節に是非また飲んでみたいです。
柿のサイドカーは、
バーテンさんから、次の飲むものを提案されたのです。
アルコールのハードさはそこまで強く無くてもいいと
ニュアンスを伝えて、その情報を元にカクテルを生み出してました。
そして、フレッシュフルーツのトフトフっとしたテスクチャが感じられ
柿の風味で美味しいサイドカーを味わい過ごしたのでした。
