こんにちは、港区サラリーマンです。
先週末トランプ米大統領が来日し、様々な行事をこなし
ているようですが、漏れ聞こえてくる声は、米大統領は
日本の接待が気持ちよくかなりご満悦ということ。
他国訪問時や米国内ではバッシングされることが多いか
らでしょうか。日本にもトランプシンパはそれ程多いと
は思いませんが。
気持ちよかったら、その対価を日本にお支払い戴きたい
ものです。
いそ舟でひとしきり海産物を食べた後、その日の締めに
久しぶりにバーというジャンルのお店に行く事にしまし
た。
すすきのの前の大通り（月寒通りというのでしょうか）
を渡り、通りからほど近いビルの7階へ。無愛想なドアを
開けて中に入ります。通路を進むと右側にソファのあるテ
ーブルセットがあります。
正面にカウンター席があり、そちらに座りました。シンガ
ポールスリングをオーダーしました。その際カクテルのス
タイルを聞かれて少し驚きました。私はサボイスタイルが
好きなのですが、最近はラッフルズ系をオーダーするお客
さんが増えているのでしょうか。
カクテルはきれがあり、後半はチェリーブランディの甘み
も出てきて美味しかったです。その後、酔いと旅情がネガ
方向に出てしまい、非常に無理なオーダーをしてしまいし
た。が、困りながらもバーテンダーの方は作ってくれまし
た。2杯目で私のイメージのカクテルを作ってくれて驚い
てしまいました。
透き通ったやや茶色のルビーカラー、甘みもアルコールも
強く、ビターが効いたカクテル。こういう味をカクテルに
自分が求めているのを改めて認識しました。

札幌に来る機会があればまたお邪魔します。
