日曜夜に訪問しました。8席ほどのカウンターは満席でした。しかし私が最初にオーダーしたカクテルが出来上がるまでにカウンター席に空きができ、オーナーバーテンダーの白野さんに目の前でマティーニを作って頂きました。
お酒を頂きながら、ニセコに新店舗を出店されたことやニセコの物価が大変なことになっているお話など、面白いお話を聞かせて頂きました。
そして窓の外を見るとこんこんと雪が降っていました。そこでベタではあるのですが、カクテル「ゆきぐに」を作って頂きました。とても美味しかったです。
今回も美味しいカクテルを落ち着いた雰囲気で楽しく頂きました。ご馳走様でした。
