某雑誌に載ってたので行ってきました
ちょっときつい階段を降りると大きい暖簾が挨拶してくれます
縦長な店内で手前ｶｳﾝﾀ、奥小上がりと小さい店
炭で焼かれる焼鳥と炉端で焼かれる魚がﾒｲﾝの店です
こだわりある肉、魚は絶妙な塩加減でどれも旨味がありお酒が進みます
魚はその日仕入れた物で今回はﾂﾎﾞﾀﾞｲと銀ｶﾞﾚｲでした
そのｶﾚｲもまたでかくてこれだけでｵﾅｶ一杯になれそうでした
つくねもまた人気があり
前の焼鳥屋で修行してたのをｱﾚﾝｼﾞしたそうな
ふっくらとしてるので外はｶﾘ、中はふんわりです
焼鳥屋でｶﾀﾗーﾅとは珍しいんですがここのｵﾘｼﾞﾅﾙ
ｵーﾌﾞﾝでじっくり焼いて食べる直前にﾊﾞーﾅーで炙る
これがまた食後のﾃﾞｻﾞーﾄにﾋﾟｯﾀﾘです
