駅前通りを狸小路からすすきのに向かって歩いて右側、ビックシルバービルの２階にある「生パスタ」が人気のお店です。ビルの１階に店名が大きく入った営業案内が出ているのですぐに解ると思います。階段を上って２階へ。こじんまりとしているけど、シャレた感じのお店です。
１５時までのランチタイムは、単品パスタにプラス３９０円で、サラダ・自家製フォカッチャ・デザート・ドリンクがついた「ランチセット」にすることができます。
「当店人気１」と書かれた
「プリプリ海老の濃厚クリームパスタ」をセットで注文（１，１００円＋３９０円）。
パスタは、３種類の「生パスタ」（フェットチーネ・スパゲッティ・ブガティーニ）から選べるとのこと。「フェットチーネ」をチョイス。ドリンクはアイスコーヒーを選び喉が渇いていたので先にお願いしました。
最初にサラダが運ばれます。レタス・パプリカ・紅芯大根・ラディッシュのサラダ。ドレッシングは多分自家製でしょうね。これが美味しい！！マスタードが入っているのかな？少しスパイシーさも感じます。
カウンターの上には、自家製フォカッチャが。
「これをカットしたものがついてくるんですか？」と聞くとその通りとのことで切る前のフォカッチャ撮らせてもらいました。
少し待ってパスタの出来上がり！
プリプリ海老の濃厚クリームパスタ・・アメリケーヌソースとポモドーロソースにココナッツや生クリームを加えて味を調えているとのこと。このソース、濃厚で美味しい！海老のコクとトマトの甘みがモチモチ食感のフェットチーネに絡んでたまらないですね！
自家製フォカッチャは、カットされて大き目なパスタの皿のふちに「ちょこん」とのっています。ソースがたっぷりなので、パスタを食べたあとは、フォカッチャにソースをつけて楽しみます。美味しいソースを最後まで堪能できるんです！
食後のデザート、この日はパンナコッタでした。
生パスタのランチ、なかなか満足できました。夜のメニューが黒板に書いてありましたが、肉料理・魚介料理も比較的お手頃。ワインと一緒に楽しみたいですね！！
