土曜日に訪問しました
カウンター8席のみのこぢんまりとしたお店です
大将がとてもフランクで、聞いたことにはなんでも丁寧に答えてくださるしお料理の説明も分かりやすいです
ミシュラン1つ星とのことで、さすがです
お寿司はネタさえ新鮮であれば美味しいんだろうと思ってましたが、食材の下処理やシャリで随分変わるものなんだなと…
全部美味しかったですが、
増毛の煮蛸
積丹半島 美国の雲丹ご飯
が絶品でした、、、
とてもお高級なため、頻繁に…というわけにはいきませんが特別な日にまた伺いたいと思います
