I had been interested in it for a while, and I happened to be able to make a reservation, so I was looking forward to it. The lively and energetic chef is managing the counter by himself. It costs more than 30,000 yen per person, including alcohol, so it's a bit expensive for Hokkaido. The contents are simple, and it seems that they don't do any unnecessary creations. They eat good ingredients in classic. That's it. Speaking of which, for some reason there were a lot of kombu-jime dishes, but I like kombu-jime, so it wasn't a problem at all. Of course, all the dishes were delicious, but I didn't think there was one dish that stood out. However, instead of starting at the same time, you can choose the time you enter the restaurant, and you can eat without worrying about customers who have reservations later. These two points are rarely found in other super popular sushi restaurants, and I think they are very grateful. And the chef who is handling the customers at the counter by himself was doing an amazing job. Thank you for the meal.
