ススキノ会館の一階にある焼き鳥屋さん。
日曜日は昼飲みでも使えるというお店。
15:00からサクッと飲めちゃう嬉しさが。
この日は友達と「美味しい焼き鳥食べたいね」ということで若武者さんへ。
・豚串
個人的にはこちらの豚串が好きで。
焼きたての豚串を口に入れると、豚の脂身の旨さが一気に広がるというか。
その後にビールを一口。
グラスがキンキンに冷えたジョッキに注がれたビール。
「あぁ仕事頑張って良かったな」と思わせてくれます。
・レバー
まず少しレアな感じが良いですね。
口の中でレバーの柔らかさを感じます。
そして後から来る旨味。
おすすめの一品です。
その他揚げ納豆、もちベーコン、鳥串、オクラ、たくさん食べましたがどれも美味しいです。
そしてお店の推しメニュー。
ザンギ。
これも食べ応えがあり、美味しいです！
結構大きなザンギなので2〜3人でシェアが良いかなと。
あとこちらのお店の方の接客がとても丁寧で。
いつも心地が良いです。
店長さんの元気の良さも好きなんですよね。
ごちそうさまでした！また来ます！

I wanted to have Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) and beer on a weekday. I got off work early and came here. I was hungry, so I ordered a lot! The liver and pork skewers were delicious as always. A classic beer accompaniment. This time, for the first time, I ordered teppan tororo. I could taste the texture of the tororo and it had a umami flavor like Japanese soup stock, which was very delicious. This is a menu I would like to order again. The cherry tomato skewers, which are only available in summer, were good. The umami of the bacon and the sweetness of the hot tomatoes were brought out and spread throughout my mouth. I ordered chicken noodles as a final dish. The soup has a gentle flavor, and I'm addicted to it. Thank you for the meal!
