札幌に居るです。
仕事ほっぽらかして一人で北海道に行って来ました。
ホテル出て早速飲みに出てます。
焼き鳥屋
貝焼きバル
と呑んでからモツ屋に行ってみるもまだ満席。
Uターンしてさっきの貝焼きバルの隣の此方のお店に入ってみた。
チョイとオサレなバルです。
2階は賑やかですが一階はお客さんゼロ。
カウンターに座ってメニューを眺めて
ウニとまつぶ(貝)
これに合うワインお願い。
ウニとまつぶは美味いんだけどトーストのカリッとさが無くなってたんで少し残念。
ワインもこの料理にぴったりでしたが----
ワイン！酔いますなぁ。
いかん！このまま居ると次に行かれんw
お店のお兄さんがツンデレでしたが良い接客でした。
ご馳走様でした。
