大のしゃぶしゃぶ好きです。ラムと牛は甲乙付け難し…時々豚ね…でも質の良い豚バラなんかはマジ美味しい…おっと、今回はラムしゃぶです。この歳になると、焼き肉食べ放題はヘヴィ…でもしゃぶしゃぶだと量が食べられるしね。

で決まったこの店。そもそもは第３グリーンビル店にネット予約しましたが、訪問時間の事情で親切にも電話を頂き、こちらの店へ予約変更してくれました。とてもとても感じの良い女性の応対でしたよ。ありがとう。経営者は給料上げてあげて…

昆布出汁と黒ゴマ汁の二本立て。黒ゴマはそのまま頂きますが、うん、変に甘くなくてゴマの風味がマイルド…イイね。でもやはり私は王道の昆布出汁が好みかな。4回のしゃぶに１回のゴマ汁ペースで丁度良し。でもでも…レギュラーのタレは昆布醤油ベース。酸味は卓上の酢で調整するタイプ…これはポン酢であって欲しかったな。後は同行の彼女曰く、辛い調味料が欲しいとの事。でもお願いすると乾燥唐辛子は提供してくれました。
美味しいです。悪くない。結構食べました。でも・・・お酒のクォリティもそこそこ（薄い）、肝心のラムもまあまあ。そして接客も丁寧だが少し元気が無くて「おかわりし辛い雰囲気」…料理も接客ももっと「活き活きさ」が欲しかった。ラジオCMを打ち、食べログでの評価も高い店、期待が高かったせいもあり、私には少し物足りなく映りました。
