札幌市中央区、すすきのの中心部にある居酒屋さんです。
此方は、以前雑誌でおばんざいが楽しめるお店として紹介されていて、比較的リーズナブルだった記憶があり、晩酌目的で伺いました。
店内には笑顔満開（スマイル）という店名のごとく、女性スタッフが元気に迎えてくれ、どうやら女将さんの姪っ子三姉妹のようです。
数ある魅力的メニューから、さんまの燻製、ポテトサラダをつまみながら、ビールと日本酒を頂きました。
雑誌では気付かなかったですが、おそばも自慢なようでしたので、〆に辛味大根そばを注文。
蕎麦は中太のやや平打ちで、香りはあまり感じませんが、こしがあり、歯ごたえの良いそばです。
つけ汁はやや甘目で、おろしはさほど辛くはなかったですが、汁との相性良くさっぱりと食べることが出来ました。
また仕事で疲れたときにはスマイル補給に伺いたいです。
