【2024年2月訪問】
一見の予約はTERIYAKIから。
翌月の予約までを開放していて、噂では予約困難店とか言う話を聞いていましたが全然予約は取れます。
ということで、1ヶ月くらい前に予約し訪問しました。
コース料金は17,360円/人（税込）。
椀物も含めて鮨前に10品。
握りも10貫ほどでしょうか。
鮨前はかなりボリュームがありますし、かなりお腹いっぱいになります。
今回楽しみにしていたのはやはり白子。
全国からこの白子を求めて訪問する人がいるということでしたが、噂に違わぬ美味しさ。丁寧に下処理をしているためか、スジはまったく感じず、滑らかなとろけるような食感。素晴らしかった。
白子は2品出てきて、もう一品は冷製フライ。
個人的には一品目の白子の方が好みでしたが、この冷製フライもかなり前衛的ではありますが美味しかったです。
そのほか、一品一品の完成度が高く、鮮度も良いので大満足。
握りは米酢のみの優しい酢飯。
フォルムも美しく、解れ方もよい。

完成度の高い握りでした。
もちろんこの価格なので、マグロなどのネタはピンのピンというわけにはいかないですが、それでもこの価格でここまでするか！という内容。
お酒も、拘りのラインナップで、おまかせで出してもらえます。
私はグラスで4杯、連れは3杯いただきました。
（実は大将はほとんどお酒が飲めないらしいですが、とても美味しいお酒でした）
接客が塩対応とかいう噂もあるみたいですが、全くそんなこともなく、シャイかもしれないですが話せば気さくにお話しさせていただきましたし、韓国からの観光客には通訳アプリを駆使して食材の説明を丁寧にしていましたし、帰り際に写真も撮ってあげてました。
お腹いっぱいになり、会計は42,900円/2人。
今札幌に来て一番リピートするだろうと確信しているところです。
