今回お邪魔したお店は
『月と太陽ブルーイング』
幼馴染の友人と2人で来店、この日の札幌はとても寒かった、、2人で凍えながら入店。
お店の扉は大きく立派な扉で、入ると数名のスタッフからの温かい'’いらっしゃいませ！''を聞き入店✨ 寒さは自然と無くなり人の温もりを感じた、、店内は木を基調とした北海道らしい内装で明るい女性スタッフが席まで案内してくれ、着席！
このお店はクラフトビールの飲み比べができるお店になっていて、迷うことなく飲み比べ3種を注文。種類に関しては是非皆さんもご来店を
単なる好奇心で入店したせいで詳しく説明できないのが悔しい、、だが一つ言えるのは楽しい時間でした☺️
北海道産のじゃがいもを使ったフィッシュ&チップスやガーリックソースで炒めた枝豆、どれもビールによく合いました✨
〆にはトマトソースとツナを使ったパスタを頂き、満腹の中退店、本格イタリアンのお店に来たような味でとても美味しかった
