ススキノの「ルイージ」に訪問しましたが
日曜営業で家族でも大丈夫そうな洋食系で検索、
お高い店はご法度故に札幌と言えども
店選びには苦労します(^^;)
店は36号線沿いビルの１F、
店内はそれほど広くないけど
二人(夫婦？)でやる分にはこれ以上(18席)だと厳しいかな。
以下注文したものを列記(1部除外)
■ツブ貝とキノコのブルゴーニュ風(1,380円)
■大人気トリッパ(850円)
■羅臼産シマソイカルパッチョ(1,180円)
■牛サガリステーキのタリアータ(1,950円)
■伊達産鶏ももと季節キャベツのSTAUB煮(1,400円)
■帆立としめじのクリームソースリングイネ(1,100円)
お通しは
ブロッコリーツナソース、グリッシーニ、フリッタータ。
ブルゴーニュ風のツブは磯ツブでゴロンとして食べ応えあり。
トリッパは大人気と書いてたので注文したけど
美味しいけどもう少し深味？コク？あった方が好み。
カルパッチョのシマソイは鮮度良いですね、甘〜くて食感も良いです♪
牛サガリはもう少し柔らかい方が好きだし
味も私には淡泊過ぎでした。
鶏もも肉STAUB煮は数種類のハーブ使用ですが
マジックソルト使い家でそれっぽく調理するのと
大差ないように感じたのは多分気のせい馬鹿舌のせいですね(^^;)
今回は冬道凍結路面故に帰りも運転する事になり
アルコール抜きだったのは残念ですが
次回は是非ワインでも飲みながら食事したいもんです。
