エスニック寄りの中華かな（？）
3回目の訪問かな、前回は食事中に祖母の訃報を知り、バタバタしていたので今回はゆっくり頂きました。人気店ゆえ、前回以前は入店まで待った記憶があるのですが、今回はコロナの影響なのかすんなりと入店できました。
お通し：ラム筋肉と厚揚げの煮込み、ラムの風味が厚揚げに良く染みている、美味しい。
大根の山椒醤油漬け：450円、漬物のような感じですが、山椒の辛さはあまりありません。辛いもの好きには物足りないかもしれませんが、酒のアテにはピッタリです。
帆立とかぼちゃといぶりがっこの春巻き（2本）：600円、甘いものの天ぷら（さつま芋など）が苦手な自分ですが、こちらの「かぼちゃ」は甘くなく自分にはピッタリでした。「いぶりがっこ」の歯ざわりが絶妙。
ラム肉のクミン風味餃子：900円、ラム味が濃いめで自分は大好物。ただ、羊肉がちょっとという家内は無理でした。肉が多めでお腹いっぱい。
海老とカリフラワーの黒酢チリソース煮：1200円、辛味のラー油が多めです。海老も大きめでマストかと思います。
全て美味しく、1800円で飲み放題もあります。コロナ明けには、私の職員全員で宴会をしたい気分です。ごちそうさまでした。

映画winny を観た後に訪問いたしました。
映画終わったのが20:30だったのでラストオーダーギリギリでしたが、快く受け入れました。
春巻き:太刀魚中心の春巻きです。外側カリカリ、中はフワフワ。
ラム肉のクミン風味焼売（4個）：800円、クミン風味でエスニックな味わい。
ツブとアンチョビの蒸し物・鶏油掛け：900円、ニンニクが効いており、ツブの硬さがあいまって、お酒のアテには最高です。
たまご炒飯：800円、パラパラだけど、味はしっかり。
やはり関心するのは、最後に厨房をピカピカにしている店主の姿。厨房が綺麗なお店は素敵なお店が多い印象です。ごちそうさまでした。
