尊敬しているレビュアーさんの記事を拝見し、
気になって訪れたチムウォックさんへ。
●桜マスとヤングコーンの春巻(2本)
香り、さわやかさを楽しめる大葉、そして
ふわぁとした桜鱒は味わいはまださっぱりめ、
ヤングコーンの食感はハリがあり、かみごたえよき。
ゆっくり甘さが伝います。
●ルーローハン
焚き込みごはんの優しい甘さとお肉の食感や
味のしみこみ具合がとてもよき。
後味に独特な苦味がとてもいい。
五香粉がいい仕事しています。
●酢大豆
しっかりした大豆に酸味やわらかい酢大豆。
嗚呼、お酒が恋しいなぁと思うのです。
お酒と共に、また味わいたいお店です。
よき時間を過ごせました。
