狸小路８丁目。
久しぶりに同僚と2人で訪れました。
土曜日の夜ということもあり満席でした。
あらかじめ予約しておいて良かったです。
・白身魚の春巻き
日によって中の白身魚は変わるとのこと。
揚げたての春巻き、熱々でとっても美味。
付け合わせのマスタードとの相性も抜群でした。
・ラム肉のクミン風味の焼売
運ばれて来た段階でクミンの香りがします。
ラム肉とクミンの相性って良いですね。
・ツブとアンチョビの蒸し物
何度か訪れてましたが初めていただきました。
ツブが大ぶりで食感が良いなぁと。
・トロトロ牛すじの麻婆豆腐
札幌では牛すじをあまり食べないのですが。
毎回ここでは頼むメニューです。
ここの麻婆豆腐と牛すじはビールに合います！
白いご飯の上にもかけて食べても良いですね。
・さらべつブルーチーズの炒飯
ブルーチーズの香りがまず届きます。
口に運ぶとさらにその香りが広がって。
美味しいなって感じる一品です。
混んでたのもあってお料理の提供はゆっくりめでした。
のんびりと料理を待ちながらビールを飲んで。
そんな感じのペースだとぴったりかなぁと。
