狸小路を西へ進みアーケードの無い８丁目…人通りは少なくひっそりとしているが実は穴場な店も多く「ミシュラン掲載店」まで揃うディープな地区だ
毎日14：00から営業開始する昼呑み推奨店 「Perle」さん…営業時間が長いだけでなく料理も秀逸で高評価（2019.08.04現在 3.47）な店
15時頃「独りです」と入店…通りに面したウィンドウ傍のスタンディング用の長テーブルへ椅子を貰って座る、仕切りは無いが此処以外は禁煙スペースで一応分煙されている
店は通りに面したウィンドウがかなり大きくオープンエアな空気を味わえ、奥の席は落ち着いた雰囲気でじっくり過ごしたいときにはこちらをお薦めする
アルコールはセルフで手軽に飲めるコーナーとスタッフに運んで貰えるMENUに二分される
FOODは「スモークとコンフィ」がMAINだが「カレーやパスタ」など「洋食、イタリアン、フレンチ」が入り乱れた構成

これ最近お気に入り
通しは「燻製枝豆」
かなりきっちり燻製処理され味わい深い、量も多めで大変嬉しい
オーダーは「鶏レバーペースト@400
実はかなりの「レバペフェチ」なのだがこれは若干苦手・・・
もう一杯飲もうと思ったが次へ行こう（宛はないのだが）
会計は1,400円ほど
サクっと寄って一杯飲むにも使いやすく、じっくりと本格的な料理を楽しむ事も出来、シーンに合わせた使い分けが出来る
たくさん食べられそうなときに是非再訪してみたい
