青山にあった三つ星の和食えさきで修行され、出身の札幌に戻られ自身のお店も二つ星と北海道で人気No.1の天ぷら店になっているこちら初訪問！
もちろんカウンターのみで少し暗いビリッとした雰囲気で厳し目のお店かと思いきや、気さくな大将のキャラなのか楽しく食事を楽しみました。
お料理は一切手抜きなし、道産ではなかったですが、霞ヶ浦の幸祝というブランドの蓮根がこの時期なのにかなり甘くて印象的でした！
