昨年、初めて訪れて
とっても美味しかったので
今回は2回目です♪♪
本当に可愛いパフェが
たくさんで迷ってしまうのですが
今回はこちらを頂きました♪
★雨上がりの紫陽花、露だく。
★ひまわり山
「雨上がりの紫陽花、露だく。」
綺麗に咲いている紫陽花は
白インゲンのクリームでできていて、
周りの装飾には抹茶ラングドシャの
葉っぱやごぼう、白胡麻を使っていて
和風なお味。
紫陽花の中にはブルーベリーソルベで
さっぱりとした味です。
その下には大吟醸のジェラート、
ナタデココ、クリーム、ナッツなどが
入っていて、何より上品なお味で
最後まで飽きずに食べられます。
「ひまわり山」
こちらはまさにこの季節に
ぴったり♪
鮮やかな黄色いひまわりが
咲き誇っています。
ひまわり部分はティーモカと
オレンジの寒天で作られています。
中にはパイナップルのソルベ。
ココナッツジェラート、ひまわりの種、
バジルレアチーズと
見た目通りのトロピカルなお味。
こちらのパフェは
見た目だけではなく、
味も細かく計算されており、
食べ進むにつれて
味の変化を楽しめます。
可愛いメニューを
パフェごとに頂けるのも
素敵なサービスで
嬉しかったです。
店内のメニューにも

わかりやすく解説されていますので
待っている間にも
想像して楽しめます。
