火曜日は和食営業 |
ダメ元で電話したら、2席大丈夫とのことなので
終日の前日20時ごろ到着
2階は宴会？してりみたい、1階も満席
2席空いていたのはラッキー
メニューみて、美味しそうなものが
多すぎて何にするか悩むー
①牡蠣のブルギニョンバターソース
②自家製ベーコンと旬野菜
③ほっけ、オリーブ、おいものグラタン
④仔羊のステーキフムスと
泡とビールで乾杯からの食事スタート
最初に自家製ベーコンと旬野菜
ベーコン美味しいのは間違いないけど、
筍と椎茸！激的な美味しさ
びっくりしましたー
ほっけ、オーリーブとジャガイモのグラタンは、クリーミーなグラタンではなく
お芋フカフカなグラタン？というより
お芋チーズ焼きみたいな感じ
ワインリストをお願いしたら
おすすめは6000円前後のものを
好みに合わせておだししますと
えっ？メニュー見たいと伝えたら
メニューの更新をしていないので
半分は無いとのこと。。
じゃぁ重めの赤で6000円位でと伝え
店主さんが３本チョイスしてくれた
中から選びましたー
ちゃんとした金額がわからないのは怖いと
思いながらも仕方ない！
でもーー飲んだとても美味しい赤！
重くて美味しい！
ここからは美味しいワインとともに
牡蠣のブルギニョンバターソース
これは牡蠣ぷりぷり、バターソースには
ネギなどの薬味たっぷり、バゲットに
浸して美味しく全部ペロリ
仔羊のステーキも柔らかくて美味しい
ワインがすすむーー！
食事が最高に美味しいビストロ
お会計も明朗で12900円、予想内で逆にびっくり
いいお店を見つけられて
嬉しい！！
ただビールを飲みながら料理されていたのが
気になってしまったー
