以前から気になってた餃子屋さん
先日近くを通ったので
お邪魔してみました(*^^*)
店内には軽快なJazzが流れてます
お水を持ってきてくれた店主さんから
メニューに無い日本酒もあるので
興味があれば声をかけてください
と 声掛けされました
夜は飲み屋さん仕様なのね
焼酎もなかなか種類が多いし
かなり 拘りがあるのかも
まずはビール！
アサヒスーパードライ(税込み780円)
あと、餃子３種類！
順番に焼かれて
ひとつ食べ終わってから
次の餃子が登場！
熱々を食べるようにってことかな
ツマミとして食べるには
その方が良いのかもだけど
食べ比べてみたかったので
一度に出してほしかったな～(´- `*)

もっちり皮にジューシーな餡
しっかり味が付いた美味しい餃子！
ニンニク不使用ですが
生姜とニラが利いてるので
しっかり食べ応えもあります

専用のタレは紫蘇風味甘めのポン酢
これはこれで 美味しいけど
私は甘味要らないな～(;´∀｀)

焼けたチーズが美味しい！！
チーズが美味し過ぎて
肝心の餃子が入ってこない（汗）
勿体ないので 餃子を外して
卓上のニンニクラー油で頂きました

スッキリ飲みやすい美味しいビール
どの餃子も それぞれ美味しかった
特に 焼き餃子んまい！！＼(^_^)／
ちびちび食べられない人なので
次は ガッツリ食べられる
