札幌にあるその街区ほとんどの部分がアーケードとなっている狸小路商店街にあるスイーツのお店です。店内とてもオシャレで癒しのくつろぎ空間のようなところです。
今回はこちらを頂きました。
「いちごづくし(2,500円)」
内容は次の通りです。
いちご（あまおう）いちごのチョコレート飾り/クレームシャンティ/フレッシュのフランボワーズとブルーベリー/北海道牛乳のソフトクリーム/チョコレートのソフトクリーム/ピスタチオのソフトクリーム/いちごのフィアンティーヌチョコレート/いちごのバルサミコマリネ/フランボワーズのジュレ/カシスフレーズのソース
あまおうのいちごは大粒でほのかな酸味と熟した甘さでとても美味しかったです。
いちごの下の三層なったソフトクリーム(上から、ピスタチオ、チョコレート、牛乳ソフト)はベースが既に美味しいのに3つのフレーバーで最高でした。
