金曜の夜に伺うとたまたま待ちなしですんなり入れましたが、その後続々と待機列ができていました。
パルフェフレーズ 2500円と
セットドリンク 紅茶 300円を選択。
パフェは映える！！
これこそ待ち望んでいたパフェ像！
と思ったものの、お味はいまひとつ、、
まずイチゴが全然甘くない。
そして乾燥している。
「スパイスの香るアッサムティーのジュレ」も紅茶感が弱く、かといってスパイスもあんまり効いていなくてぼやーっとした味わい。
イチゴとバジルのジェラートはパンチが効いてて美味しかったです！
立地とお店の雰囲気とパフェの見た目は◎で3.7ですが、お値段が高くこの味だと3.2という印象。
季節的に微妙だった可能性もあるので、マンゴーや桃、シャインマスカットなどの果物の時期はもっといいかもしれない、という期待を込めて3.5としました。
