この日は、久しぶりの札幌で、仲間とジンギスカンのお店を予約してましたが、開始時間が少し遅めだったので、食前酒として地ビールを飲みに行く事に。
とはいえ、特に地ビールにこだわりがある訳でも無く、それでも美味しい前菜も軽くつまみたいというワガママな選択基準に合致したのが、このお店。
金曜の６時過ぎに到着しましたが、店内は既にほぼ一杯。スタッフも客層も若めで、皆さんイケメンや綺麗なお姉さんばかり（マスク越しですがw）
で、まずオーダーしたのは、地ビール飲み比べセット。
20種類位ある地ビールから三つ選べるようで、半分くらいは地元北海道産ですが、それでもピルスナーやペールエールなどテイストにバリエーションが豊富。
他にも、日本中の拠点から取り寄せており、なかなか決めきれなかったけど、北海道しばりで頼んでみる。
あと、つまみはこの後もあるので、生牡蠣の盛り合わせだけをオーダー。
さて暫く待つと、写真のような地ビールセットが到着。
これは自分で是非味わって頂きたいのですが、どれも風味が独特で、普通の居酒屋で飲む生ビールとは全然違いますね！
あと牡蠣も、夏に食べる岩牡蠣とは違い、身が大きくて旨みが凝縮されており、食感もプリプリというかツルツルっと喉越しが良く、たまりません！
スタッフも気さくで話しやすく、とても良い雰囲気のお店でしたが、立地も良いので、この値段は仕方ないかな…
また、札幌に行ったら、一次会の前に、サクッと寄ってみたいお店です。
