販売品は、自信の鶏の肩肉を使った「むねとろザンギ」のただ１品。「トリタベルカ」は、地元札幌の鶏料理の専門店。三越札幌店の再開後の初催事、「第１６回北海道味紀行」での利用です。
暑くなると特に症状が悪化をする、国が指定をしている難病です。
私に合う薬は、残念ながらまだ開発されていません。
