``Toritaverka'' is located a little outside of Susukino but is gaining popularity. A casual chicken specialty restaurant chosen by a local personal trainer for protein supplementation. The location is about 10 minutes walk from Susukino Station. Located on the first basement floor in a calm area, as you descend the stairs you will be greeted with excitement as you enter the bustling store. It has a bar-like structure with soft lighting that makes you feel warm enough to beat the freezing cold, and there are two counters with a total of 8 seats, plus 5 tables on the floor. While sandwiching a la carte dishes such as salads and omelets between chicken, white liver is placed on baguette to give it a tangy flavor. In the middle, the long-awaited chicken zangi has a stable taste, and the half-grilled large bone-in young chicken appears! Enjoy the tritabethel moment with juicy spices. The final dish is TORITA RICE, which is said to be the secret menu item. The combination of grilled cheese and spicy stewed minced chicken delivers a delicious flavor. I added Ajillo which a regular customer had previously said was delicious, and the chicken abura soba, which I tried, had a soup stock that was so delicious that it ended up being better than a late-night Ramen. Based on the concept of being particular about chicken and making it feel like you were tasting the whole chicken, we had a great time drinking so much that Nishi 7-chome looked like "Tori 7-chome."
