都城から直送した鳥を、宮崎名物の炭焼きで頂けるお店です。強い火力はさっと炙り、鶏脂を燃やして出た煙で燻すように火入れをすると、燻製の様な香ばしさをまとい、中がジューシーなもも焼きが出来上がります。
好みにもよりますが、歯応えのある硬さが昔風の地鶏感を醸しだしてます。ニンニク醤油は初めてでしたが、なかなか美味かった。
